I also have an issue with the spare on a 5" wide wheel with a stock tire (6.70 X 15) that holds the plywood cover up about an inch above seating in the recess of the spare tire well. I don't want to let the air out for a flat look because I would lose the value of the spare. What tire can I buy that will fit my wheel and let the cover fit correctly? Thanks for your help!!!
