Corvette Floor Pans
If you have restored or are restoring a 1975-1982 Corvette you most likely have had to deal with rust issues in your floor pans. Rusted floor pans are a major problem with 1975-1982 Corvettes. In 1975, GM decided to install steel floor pans instead of the previously used fiberglass floor pans, most likely to cut down interior noise and heat. The problem with the steel floor pans, of course, is when they are exposed to water for long periods of time; they rust. If you have been around or worked on many 1968-1982 era Corvettes then you probably know that they are prone to leaking and rusting around the windshield frame and t-tops. Replace the windshield frame to fix the source of the problem. Over time the water makes its way down into the floor where it sits under the carpet and rusts the floor pans. You can try to patch smaller rust holes but often times the only solution is to completely replace the damaged floor pans.
We now offer brand new 1975-1982 Corvette Floor Pans so you do not have to worry about finding a donor car to cut set out of yourself. Our Corvette floor pans are designed to be welded in the rear and sides while the front is riveted in place as original. During the installation you will be able to keep your Corvette’s original transmission and driveshaft tunnel. These new floor pans are correctly made for either 75-77 or 78-82 where previously there was only one style available for all 75-82. Just one more way we are making your Corvette restoration as perfect as possible.

c5-corvette-window-regulators
If your C5 Corvette’s power window regulators have gone bad and you have contacted a Chevrolet dealer for a replacement, you were probably surprised to hear that the cost would be around $400 a side. Due to this high cost we have worked hard to provide C5 Corvette owners with window regulator problems a much more cost efficient solution that assures quality and performance.
Our C5 Corvette left hand and right hand power window regulators include new power window motors and are available at about half the cost of a new GM unit. Each window regulator and power window motor is designed to install using the factory hardware and installation is fairly straightforward once the door panel is removed from your Corvette.
If you are asking “Why do C5 Corvette Window Regulators go bad so often?”… the explanation is simple; over time the cables, which are exposed to forever changing weather conditions, fray and even break causing the regulator to malfunction or even fail. Once these cables go bad the only option is to replace the entire regulator with a new unit. Other possible reasons for non-working windows in a C5 Corvette include:
- Bad power window motor
- Faulty power window switch
- Bad power window relay
- Bad fuse
- Damaged power window wiring harness

Corvette Window Regulators
For years we have had Corvette Window Regulator parts available to repair your original window regulators but never any complete, ready to install units. Unfortunately, because the assembled window regulators have not been available most people have had to settle with removing the existing regulators, cleaning them as best as they can and then of course re-assembling the regulators with the new rollers and gear. Though the process above may not sound bad you can expect to spend several hours of labor from start to finish and there is still the chance that the window may not work as well as it should. So if you are interested in avoiding the trouble that comes along with repairing a 1956-1967 Corvette window regulator, our new completely assembled reproduction manual and power window regulators are the answer you have been waiting for.
Our high quality Reproduction Corvette Window Regulators for 1956-1967 include the gear, handle shaft, lift spring, lift arms and track rollers all pre-assembled and ready to install in your Corvette. Because they are designed to look and work as original each regulator is guaranteed to save you hours spent on old regulator repairs and will work as if they were factory installed. If you would like to know how to install Corvette power window regulators or manual window regulators just take a look at the factory setup already in your Corvette. Our window regulators will install in the same positioning, using the same hardware as your Corvette’s original window regulators.

Corvette HEI Distributor
If you are thinking about converting your 1962-1974 Corvette’s points style distributor to a HEI (High Energy Ignition) style, we have the ideal solution that will last for years. Our new Corvette HEI Tachometer Drive Distributor allows you to maintain your working tachometer while gaining the reliability and performance of HEI. This high energy ignition distributor comes with a 65,000 high performance mega coil, an adjustable vacuum advance canister for better performance advance curve, high quality bronze bushing for reduced friction and extended life, a corrosion resistant shaft that reduces friction and provides concentric operation, a heavy duty gear that is ground to exact tolerances, a heavy duty coil to produce an increased spark to light the fuel mixture for high performance, high quality brass terminals for maximum high voltage transfer, precision advance weights and center plate that eliminate erratic timing, and a lifetime warranty.

Corvette HEI Pigtail
A couple things to consider when upgrading your Corvettes points to HEI are that you must remove your Corvette’s ignition shielding due to the distributor cap size and our Corvette HEI Coil Pigtail is a must have to complete installation. To install the new HEI distributor you must remove the ballast resistor (on equipped Corvettes) or white cloth covered wire which drops voltage to your original points style distributor. Voltage for HEI distributors should be 13.7 volts (approximately, when vehicle is running) to operate at peak efficiency. This HEI tachometer drive distributor will work on all 1962-1974 Corvettes except 340 horsepower applications.

If you are adding a significant amount of horsepower to your C6 Corvette then our new C6 ZR1 Corvette Clutch Assembly should be your next investment. The stock clutch used on 2005-2010 C6 Corvettes works great and should not need replacing until you begin increasing the power that the already potent LS2, LS3 and LS7 Corvette engines produce. When you start doing that, you will need and want this new clutch.
What GM and Sachs have done with the ZR1 is designed a factory clutch that is capable of handling over 800 horsepower while still offering the drivability expected of a new C6 Corvette. Originally only available for the C6 ZR1 Corvette, you can now install the best factory clutch ever to be in a Corvette with our ZR1 Corvette clutch assembly. Our clutch kit includes the OEM ZR1 pressure plate and disk, new throw out bearing and slave cylinder, new billet steel flywheel and the necessary flywheel and pressure plate mounting hardware.

C6 ZR1 Corvette Clutch Assembly
“Can I use the ZR1 clutch in my base C6 or Z06?” Yes! We have made it possible to bolt the ZR1 clutch to any LS2, LS3 or LS7 Corvette. Our new Corvette Steel Flywheel for 2005-2010 includes six bolt holes as opposed to nine on the ZR1, which allows it to be bolted to the crankshaft on any C6 Corvette including the Z06. The steel flywheel, also sold separately, is made from billet steel by the original ZR1 flywheel manufacturer and has been tested in excess of 12,000 rpm. You should know that it is only compatible with the ZR1 Corvette Clutch Assembly.
So if you are tired of your Corvette’s clutch slipping, or on the flip side you can’t enjoy driving your Corvette because it seems that the clutch has an on/off switch, consider our new clutch assembly. With a bolt on installation, all necessary components and hardware your Corvette will be capable of holding huge amounts of horsepower while maintaining a smooth ride.

The Velourtex line of Corvette Floor Mats & Cargo Mats was created by Lloyd Mats to provide a high quality, value priced floor mat that includes Lloyd’s licensed embroidered applique. Starting with a high quality nylon yarn, these floor mats have a silky smooth texture similar to late model original equipment Corvette floor mats, but with a heavier more dense carpet face. The multi-layer backing is designed to maintain the floor mat’s shape and provide protection for your Corvette’s original carpet. This is the same backing as used on Lloyd’s higher priced Ultimats, which include the TractionBac non-skid finish. Velourtex Corvette floor mats come with factory compatible anchoring devices on C5 Corvette floor mats and velcro backing on all C4 floor mats to keep them firmly in place. They are available in most C4 & C5 Corvette interior colors with your choice of C4 flags, C5 flags, double Corvette emblems, ZR-1 logos or Z06 logos.
