Our Corvette Heat Barrier Kits are made of a ceramic cloth-like material with reinforced foil backing. Each kit includes 1/8″ precise cut pieces that install under the carpet to effectively reduce interior temperatures up to 50%. The best part about these heat barrier kits is that they will not affect your Corvette’s carpet fit and they can be used with your original carpet underlayment.
Our Corvette Carpet Underlayment is virtually a must have when installing new carpet because it gets ripped up when removing the existing carpet. New underlayment will help keep noise to a minimum and prolong the life of your carpet. Many Corvette owners don’t replace the underlayment when replacing the carpet, and many times the underlayment is disposed of after getting wet or damaged. Our precise cut pieces are an exact match to OEM materials: layered insulation for heat resistance bonded to a flexible rubber compound for durability.

Corvettes at Carlisle is well known around the world as the biggest Corvette gathering each year. With Corvettes parked as far as you can see all throughout the Carlisle fairgrounds you are sure to get an eyeful around every corner. This year’s event will be held from August 27th-29th and will include a weekend packed full of entertainment, education and of course the famous Corvettes at Carlisle parade.
We will be in attendance for yet another year of the Corvette fun. Our tents will be located at B63-B70, you can look for the large Zip banners and flags while passing through. We will not have any parts making the trip up, but are going to hand out our Free Corvette Parts Catalogs and support the Corvette community. 1992 C4 Corvette
This gorgeous 1992 Corvette Coupe is Quasar Blue (only 1043 made) with gray leather interior. The paint is in impeccable condition and this Corvette hardly has a scratch on the entire surface. The car has a painted top, has been garaged kept and only driven on sunny days. It probably has over 100 coats of Meguiar’s Mirror Glaze wax on it.
The gray leather interior is in nice shape, there are no rips or tears and this Corvette has never been smoked in. Several of the amps and speakers have been replaced, floor mats have been added as well as door sill guards. This car is loaded with all options including power seats and climate control. The stereo sounds great, the CD player does not work, (common problem), the a/c blows ice cold, and all other power options operate like they should.
The car is powered by the LT-1 350-300 hp mated to an automatic transmission. The car runs, drives, and shifts great. The car has 85,407 actual miles. We installed a Corsa Exhaust System 2 years ago that looks and sounds great. This car gets between 19-25 miles to the gallon, we would drive it any distance in a moments notice.
The chrome wheels are 17 inch Eagle’s with P275/40/ZR17 Goodyear Eagle GS-C tires.
There are plenty of cars like this for sale for 7K-8K with edgy paint, sun bleached interior, smoked in, and dogged out. The 21st annual All Corvette Cruise-In hosted by the Old Dominion Corvette Club is right around the corner. This year the event will be held on August 14th in the Sudley Town Plaza and will run from 2pm-6pm. The first 250 Corvettes will receive dash plaques; there will also be plenty of other opportunities to win prizes available.
During the show Mr DJ will be playing live, there will be great food and beverages available from local vendors, and of course, Corvettes everywhere. As the main sponsor of the Corvette Cruise-In we will be in attendance meeting, talking to, and answering any questions that you may have about your Corvette. So whether you own a Corvette or not, come out to 7787 Sudley Rd in Manassas VA. and be a part of this excellent Corvette tradition.

On June 28th and 29th the National Corvette Museum will hold a 2-day high performance driver education event at Virginia International Raceway and Zip Corvette will be in attendance. We had such a great time last year meeting drivers and talking about different applications that we have decided to come back this year ready for action. We have rented two track side garages and plan to bring two mechanics that will be ready to tune, repair, adjust, or install parts at deeply discounted rates. Also coming along for the ride will be our black C6, which includes a number of both performance and body upgrades as well as our very own C6R.
At an H.P.D.E. event it is common to break parts on your Corvette because of the added strain put on the car. Though it will be impossible to bring the right parts for every driver in attendance we will have around 75 performance and track oriented Corvette Parts available for purchase by cash or credit card. Some of the parts included consist of performance brake pads and components, air intake systems, direct fit aluminum radiators, drivetrain and suspension parts, shifters, and a set of 2006-2010 Z06/ZR1 Corvette Forgeline ZX3S Alloy Wheels w/Michelin PS2 Tires. Any parts that are purchased from us during the event will be installed on the spot by our certified mechanics.
Come out to VIR at the end of this month and enjoy watching America’s favorite sports car in action. There is on site lodging, dining, and, of course; hundreds of Corvettes in action starting at 7:30 Monday morning and ending at 5:00 Tuesday evening. Corvette Museum HPDE Event, High Performance Driver Education, V.I.R., Virginia International Raceway
The 14th annual Corvette Round-Up hosted by Zip Corvette will be held on Saturday June 5th from 10am-3pm in Mechanicsville, Virginia. This year the Corvette Roundup will feature a silent auction, vendors, music, technical sessions by Zip Products and high profile names in the Corvette industry, such as American Car Craft and Adam’s Polishes in attendance. The entry fee for each Corvette will be $25 and $10 for any additional Corvettes. Registration and staging will begin at 9am and end at 11am with awards following at 2:30pm. This is a rain or shine event so bring your umbrellas and detail kits just in case inclement weather is in the forecast.
As in past CCR events hosted by Zip, all showroom orders on the day of the Corvette Round-Up, excluding non-discountable items, will be 10% off the normal retail price. In addition to the discount if you purchase any American Car Craft Stainless Steel accessory during the show you will receive free on the spot installation by one of their certified representatives.
