1986-1989 C4 Remanufactured ECM
When your Corvette’s Engine Control Module (the ”brain box” of the car) begins to malfunction, it’s as if the whole car suffers from a brain lapse. If you have started to notice unexplainable glitches in the performance of your C4, it may be time to replace the ECM.
Zip offers a 1986-1989 Corvette Remanufactured ECM. Professionally remanufactured by Delphi Corporation - the OE supplier for the 1986-1989 Corvette - these Corvette Parts are built by factory trained technicians using factory testing equipment to ensure an engine computer that is identical to the original unit that came with your Corvette.
All ECM’s are sold on exchange and will incur a core charge if rebuildable unit is not returned prior to order. This C4 ECM fits all 1986-1989 Corvettes.
Note: 1990-1991 ECM’s do not require reflashing/programming to complete installation. Rebuild service does not include PROM (chip) – please keep your original chip or purchase replacement.

C4 Corvette Door Speaker Grill
The Corvette Speaker Grill (or speaker cover) on the door of your C4 takes a beating over time. It gets a jolt each time the door slams and it’s probably taken more than a few direct kicks over the years as you exit the Corvette. The result: a broken, scuffed or torn speaker grill. It’s one of those Corvette Parts that will eventually need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear.
But there’s a simple fix. New replacement speaker covers from Zip will help give the interior of your 1984-1989 C4 Corvette that new car look once again. These door speaker grills are equipped with an unornamented center bar to save you the cost of replacing the emblem OR if you elect to add the emblem, simply drill two pilot holes and mount the Bose emblem. 84-96 Corvette Removable Roof Panel
Is the roof panel on your C4 Corvette showing age? Exact reproduction Polycarbonate Removable Roof Panels for 1984-1996 C4′s are available at Zip Corvette. These roof panels include the correct polycarbonate lens with an improved coating, making them almost indestructible. Featuring Factory Blue Tint (privacy glass), a Super Abrasion Resistant (SAR) hard coated lens, correct DOT (Department of Transportation) markings and reproduction latex weatherstrips, these tops will pass NCRS guidelines. GM Licensed with the correct GM part # 12370123.
Early 1986 design measures 28 1/2″ between the mounting bolts on the front windshield; late 1986 measures 31 1/2″. Confirm measurements on 1986 Corvette prior to ordering.
Note: All factory roof panels require fitment to your Corvette prior to installation. Fitments can be handled by simply loosening all mounting points and then installing the roof panel. Once roof panel is aligned and installed – mounting brackets can be secured on the panel from the inside of the Corvette.

1990-1996 Center Console Door
Time, heat and UV light can take its toll on your Corvette’s interior. One of the first Corvette Parts to show wear is often the center console door, because it has the added pressure of your arm bearing down on it. For many years, the only option for replacement for your C4 was an overpriced GM unit!
Zip has a new reproduction C4 Corvette Center Console Doors for 1990-1996 C4 Corvettes. Our new reproductions include upper and lower portions for a complete replacement. This door has the same padded feel as the original, with the textured grain on top. The light assembly and wiring are included, as well as a new latch button and latch spring. This console fits all C4 Corvette models including ZR1 and 1996 Grand Sports.

C4 Fuel/Trip Reset Buttons
When it comes to your C4, there are no insignificant or unimportant Corvette Parts. For example, Trip Odometer and Fuel System Reset Buttons may seem minor, but without them, your Corvette’s trip and fuel reset functions are hindered.
Zip now offers new reproduction C4 Trip Odometer Reset Buttons and C4 Fuel System Reset Buttons for your 1990-1996 Corvette.
When your Corvette is missing these small buttons, you cannot reset their functions nor can you reset the oil life maintenance function.
Installation of new trip and fuel system reset buttons is easy – just mount them into the instrument cluster. This is a simple fix that will improve the appearance of your Corvette’s dash and help keep your C4 in top shape.
C4 Power Seat Control Plastic Indicator
Sometimes, it’s the small details that can really complete a Corvette. Missing Corvette Parts can be more than just an eye sore, they can be a driving distraction when those missing parts allow for a light beam to shine through the console. Previously unavailable, GM now offers a replacement C4 Corvette Power Seat Control Plastic Indicator.
1990-1991 Corvettes with power seats had a seat control switch that used a triangular indicator on the console. GM called this part a power seat adjuster switch plate insert while others called it a power seat control light cover, power seat triangle or indicator. Regardless of what you call it, when it’s missing – and this part often goes missing – it’s a major annoyance.
Replacement of this indicator is simple - it just snaps into place. And here’s a suggestion – when replacing one side, it’s always a good idea to replace the other side with our matching indicator because over time, fading and color variations may not leave you with a perfect match. Just another one of those small details that will give your Corvette a polished look. Order both at the same time. You’ll be glad you did.
1985-1989 Corvette Air Filter Cover Screw
Sometimes, the biggest headaches come from the smallest Corvette Parts. Previously discontinued by GM, the Corvette Air Filter Cover Screw is once again available for your 1985-1989 C4 Corvette. The threaded metal shaft with “knurled” plastic top holds the air filter cover to the housing. Two of these screws are required per Corvette.
Corvettes are highly susceptible to front end damage or collisions, therefore Zip has added several new reproduction Corvette Parts that have been previously discontinued by GM. All are needed to properly repair the front end of your Corvette both for aesthetics and proper cooling efficiencies. C4 Corvette Lower Baffle
On many early model C4 Corvettes, the Air Intake Radiator Lower Baffle is often seriously damaged or in the worst cases, missing all together due to parking lot stops or curbs. Not having the radiator lower baffle can inhibit your Corvette’s cooling system from cooling the engine properly by not directing airflow through the radiator. This reproduction radiator lower air baffle, also sometimes called a radiator duct, is necessary to keep your engine at the correct operating temperature. Fits 1985-1989 Corvettes only.
C4 Corvette Valance Panel
Often the casualty of concrete parking stops or curbs, it’s not uncommon for a C4 to be missing the Corvette Lower Valance Panel/Air Deflector. This C4 Corvette item is critical for keeping your Corvette operating at normal temperatures by helping to direct air into the radiator for efficient cooling. Fits all 1984-1989 Corvettes.
Lower Valance Panel Brace
The Corvette Lower Valance Panel/Air Deflector Brace attaches to the radiator lower air baffle in the middle to give support to the front air deflector. If your car’s brace is missing, it can raise the temperature of the engine significantly. This deflector brace is a reproduction of the 1986 and later model which was engineered to be heavier than the flimsy 1984-1985 style braces. Fits all 1984-1990 Corvettes.
Corvette Air Dam Retainer
The Corvette Lower Air Dam Center Retainer is an important part to support and strengthen the lower plastic baffle. Replacing this retainer with this new reproduction insures the air baffle is properly supported and helps to insure cool air is properly directed into your early C4 Corvette. Fits all 1984-1996 Corvettes.
