C5/C6 Carbon Fiber Driveshaft

Stock C5 & C6 Corvette aluminum driveshafts can “whip” at high RPM’s, which can eventually lead to a bent or broken driveshaft. By upgrading to a carbon fiber Corvette driveshaft you will not have to worry about bending or breaking your Corvette’s stock driveshaft as the carbon fiber will not change shape at high RPM’s. Zip’s new carbon fiber driveshaft is stronger and lighter than the stock driveshaft and unlike the factory setup, you will not have to worry about vibration issues caused by bends or breaks. In the event of a driveline failure the carbon fiber driveshaft will “broom”, which will just polish the inside of the torque tube instead of causing a complete failure.

Our carbon fiber driveshaft will bolt-in to a 2001-2010 C5/C6 Corvette with a manual 6 Speed Transmission and provide instant reliability and safety for any C5/C6 Corvette owner who enjoys pushing the limits of their Corvette. If you own a 1997-2000 Corvette and would like to upgrade to a carbon fiber driveshaft you may do so but will have to upgrade your Corvette’s 10mm torque tube to the newer 12mm tube found in 2001 and later Corvettes. The carbon fiber driveshaft is a must have if you are involved with any type of racing or are looking to add impressive acceleration to your Corvette.

C5 Corvette Fuel Rail Covers

These custom designed fuel rail covers replace your Corvette’s factory fuel rail covers and feature our exclusive  seven step paint finishing process, for a perfectly brilliant “smooth” surface. The beautiful final coating has been chosen to provide years of service with resistance to heat, oil and gasoline vapors. Each set of painted Corvette Fuel Rail Covers are available in your choice of factory Corvette colors and colored trim.

Our Painted C5 Corvette Intake Manifold Covers are hand made in the USA. Each cover is manufactured from premium fiberglass, gel coated and then meticulously painted in our seven step process creating a smooth, mirror like finish. Installation of the intake manifold cover is fast and simple as it attaches with provided 3M tape. This cover is available in all C5 Corvette exterior colors.

C5 Corvette Surge Tank Cover

Our C5 Corvette Radiator Surge Tank Covers &  C5 Corvette Washer Tank Covers are made of quality ABS plastic. Installation of each cover takes less than 5 minutes. For added security you can use the provided 3M tape, however both painted Corvette engine covers are designed to “snap” over top of your stock radiator surge tank or windshield washer tank. Each cover is available in all C5 Corvette exterior colors.

This C5 Corvette Painted Radiator Shroud is custom painted to make your C5 Corvette engine bay look great. The painted radiator shroud is a great compliment to painted fuel rail covers or any other painted engine component. The shroud cover is available in all C5 Corvette exterior colors and is pictured here with the optional “CAUTION FAN” lettering in separate color. This option is available but must be special ordered and cannot be selected through our website.

C5 Corvette Brake Booster Cover

Also available to dress up your Corvette’s engine bay is our C5 Corvette Painted Fuse Box Cover & C5 Corvette Painted Brake Reservoir & Booster Cover. Our fuse box cover installs in less than five minutes and adds life under the hood of your Corvette by replacing the stock fuse box cover with a great looking part. The brake reservoir & booster cover adds a smooth mirror like finish to what is typically a messy area under the hood. Both covers are available in all C5 Corvette exterior colors and install in just a matter of minutes.

Corvette Brake Caliper & Rotor Kit

Our two-piece 14″ rotor and hat assemblies are made in the USA and weigh only 16.25 pounds. Each Coleman Racing rotor (which are used in NASCAR, Desert Race Trucks and more) is gas veined and custom machined for the Z06 Corvette. The aluminum hats are machined from 6061 T6 aircraft grade aluminum that is hard coated black anodized. The hat and rotors are held together with NAS fasteners, which are used in both aircraft and spacecraft production.

As advertised our stainless steel braided brake hoses are included in this Corvette Brake Upgrade Kit. They come with Teflon lining that will far outlast rubber hoses, plus deliver a firmer pedal. These stainless hoses will bolt right on, are heat resistant, and completely street legal. As mentioned, they are also DOT approved and made in the USA.

The Hawk Corvette Brake Pads included in the brake upgrade kit are a low noise compound that offers ultimate stopping power and creates an ultra-low amount of dust. The premium, high performance compound called performance ceramic is engineered to reduce brake NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) in Corvettes, creating a quieter performing brake pad. Furthermore, the ceramic brake pad formula has a linear friction profile that allows your ABS brake system to work more effectively. With performance ceramic brake pads you can expect reduced brake pad wear, lower dust output levels and a rotor-friendly brake pad. Lastly you will also receive a set of new GM C6 Z06 Corvette Brake Calipers with this brake upgrade kit.
