Corvette Opti-Spark Distributor Assembly
One of the most recent additions to Zip’s inventory includes new C4 Corvette Opti-Spark Distributor Assemblies. These distributor assemblies are for 1992-1996 LT1 & LT4 Corvettes, manufactured by an OEM supplier to the highest quality standards. Each distributor includes a pre-installed cap and rotor, which is factory assembled to eliminate any sealing issues. Also included with each assembly is an extended wiring harness to aid installation and further eliminate associated problems. Don’t be fooled in to thinking you will never need a new C4 Corvette distributor assembly because it is highly likely that every C4 Corvette will need a new opti-spark distributor at some point in time.

NOS (New Old Stock) Corvette T3 Headlight Bulbs are not all they’re cracked up to be. Besides the fact that a single NOS headlight bulb from a swap meet costs nearly just as much as a new Reproduction T3 Headlight Bulb Set from Zip Corvette, they typically don’t work properly. The reason is simple; as the bulbs set, they tend to crack allowing air to enter the area that should be under a sealed vacuum. With air entering the bulb, the filament will either burn out immediately or last a very short time once power is applied.
Since all of our
Corvette T3 Headlight Bulbs are 25% brighter than any NOS or used bulb, they are sold in complete car sets. If you installed just one new bulb you would be able to clearly see the difference between the old and new. All Corvette T3 Headlight Bulbs from Zip are produced from original GM blueprints and are built by an OEM manufacturer. They also meet all current Federal lighting standards and are guaranteed to produce more light than any NOS or used Corvette headlight bulb on the market.

1968-1977 Corvette Luggage Racks were originally dealer installed options and mounting locations can vary slightly depending upon the OEM source and mounting location. If you are in the midst of a restoration, our recommendation is to verify luggage rack mounting holes prior to body and paint work or fill in your Corvette’s original holes to eliminate any mounting discrepancies during installation.
Corvette 6-Hole Luggage Rack
All Zip Corvette Luggage Racks are completely assembled, multi-piece racks as original. Since racks are multi-piece, slight variations (1/8”-1/4”) can appear depending on how the rack was assembled in production. To aid installation on your Corvette, Zip recommends adding the stand, stand washer, gasket and well nut to the luggage rack prior to installing on your Corvette. With the screw already threaded through the luggage rack and into the well nut, alignment and installation with your Corvette’s original holes is much simpler.
